Hub dei Talenti has extended the deadline for applications to the curricular internship project for the Content Creator role. This position involves the creation of copy, audio, and video content for Hub dei Talenti – Off Campus social media, community management of the project’s pages, and the planning of an integrated semester content strategy. The internship is part of the Human Hall project, which focuses on the social inclusion of individuals with a migratory background, offering an opportunity to actively promote inclusion and intercultural dialogue. Applications can be submitted until January 31, 2025.

The selected candidate will work under the supervision of a tutor and will be responsible for producing content, with a specific focus on creating materials such as interviews, reels, static content, and updates on the project’s progress. They will also be responsible for developing multimedia materials, including informational videos, infographics, and graphics for Instagram, aimed at disseminating the project’s activities and results. Other duties include external communication management through social media pages. The intern will also participate in organizing outreach events, seminars, and workshops, collaborating with creators and other stakeholders to promote Hub messages and activities.

The internship will be part-time, requiring a commitment of 10 or 20 hours per week and 2-3 half days a week in person, depending on the candidate’s skills. The start and end dates, tentatively scheduled from February 20 to August 8, are flexible and will be finalized later. This in-person internship, with a workload of two or three half-days per week, represents an opportunity to work in an active environment focused on social policies and immigration.

Candidates must have an in-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and their management and analytics tools. Basic proficiency in photo, audio, and video editing software, such as CapCut and Canva, is required, along with the ability to use tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 for collaboration and document sharing. Familiarity with SEO principles to optimize web content and enhance search engine visibility is an additional requirement.

A C1 or C2 level of Italian proficiency is mandatory, while native-level Arabic or Spanish proficiency and/or a good command of English are considered advantageous. The internship will take place at Via Festa del Perdono 7 and Via Gigante in Milan, within the Hub dei Talenti – Off Campus spaces. The opportunity is open to undergraduate and graduate students from the faculties of Humanities, Political, Economic, and Social Sciences, and Linguistic and Cultural Mediation Sciences.
