On March 20th and 21st, at Assolombarda, Milan, an event dedicated to sustainable transition and urban innovation.
MUSA, together with Spoke 3, in collaboration with Assolombarda and with the support of A2A, is organizing the event entitled “MUSA: Research and Development for the City of the Future“, scheduled for March 20th and 21st at the Assolombarda headquarters in Milan.
Two days of discussion between institutions, universities, companies and research centers to discuss the future of cities and urban communities, with a focus on sustainability, mobility, circular economy and digitalization.
The event will open with institutional speeches and a round table involving representatives from the academic and industrial world, with the contribution of leading figures such as A2A, Politecnico di Milano, CNR and Bayer Italia. Following this, a keynote speaker of international renown will offer a strategic vision on the prospects of applied research in smart cities.
During the afternoon, participants will be able to explore key themes in parallel sessions dedicated to the circular economy, energy transition and sustainable mobility. Innovative projects will be presented, including the use of blockchain and gamification to encourage sustainable behavior, new business models for sharing mobility and advanced analysis tools for urban mobility.
The second day will focus on smart cities, with an overview of urban development models adopted in Europe and a comparison between experts on best practices for the transformation of cities. Innovative projects developed within MUSA will also be presented, with the contribution of companies and stakeholders in the sector.
This event represents an important opportunity to explore the strategies and technologies that will guide the future of cities, promoting synergies between research, business and institutions to build a more sustainable, digital and inclusive urban environment.
