Advanced training for sustainable business management and reporting of environmental, social and economic impacts

Corporate sustainability is a central theme for the future of companies, which are increasingly called upon to report their environmental, social and economic impact. To respond to this growing need, the Advanced Training Course in Corporate Sustainability Reporting has been created, promoted by the Department of Environmental Sciences and Policies of the University of Milan, in collaboration with the Association for Corporate Sustainability PLEF ETS (Planet Life Economy Foundation) and Human Hall. The course will be coordinated by Prof. Stefano Bocchi.

The training program aims to provide participants with fundamental intersectoral skills for the preparation of sustainability reports, both mandatory and voluntary, applicable to various production sectors. The approach is multidisciplinary and is based on the main strategic documents on sustainability, including Agenda 2030 and international and European strategies.

The topics covered will include:

  • Environmental, social, economic and regulatory analysis;
  • Natural principles and bio-imitation;
  • Circular processes and quality of life;
  • Natural, human, relational, organizational, material and financial capital;
  • Measurement of corporate impacts.

The course will focus on strategic sectors for the Italian economy, including clothing and children’s toys, electronics, recycling, tourism, packaging, agriculture, automotive, logistics, health and beverages.

Human Hall is an innovative platform dedicated to promoting sustainability through training, research and networking. It involves experts, businesses and institutions with the aim of spreading sustainable practices in various production sectors. The collaboration with Human Hall enriches the course with specialist contributions and case studies of international importance.
