From September 25 to October 16, four sessions will train professionals and administrators on strategies, governance, and tools for more sustainable cities.

Urban regeneration is no longer an option but a necessity to address the profound environmental, economic, and social transformations affecting our cities. With this goal in mind, Bocconi University, as part of the MUSA – Spoke 1 – Urban Regeneration project and with the support of GBC Italia, is organizing the second edition of its masterclass series, “Regenerating the City: Strategies and Tools for Managing Change and Creating Value”.

This training program, consisting of four 4-hour sessions, will be held in person at the Milan campus every Thursday from September 25 to October 16, 2025.

Each session will combine lectures, testimonials, and case studies with direct participant engagement. You can attend individual sessions or the complete series.

The program:

  • September 25, 2025 – Governance Models and Partnerships in Urban Regeneration
  • October 2, 2025 – Financing Tools for Sustainable Urban Regeneration
  • October 9, 2025 – Urban Regeneration for Climate Neutrality and Resilience
  • October 16, 2025 – Assessing the Impacts of Urban Regeneration

Aimed at real estate professionals, public administrators and officials, planners, developers, construction companies, asset managers, and investors, the series provides practical skills, effective governance models, and tools to mobilize resources and generate shared value.

Participation is free, but space is limited and registration is mandatory. Detailed programs and registration links will be available in September.
