To delve into the topic of intercultural diversity management in the workplace, the University of Milan has conceived and promoted a new, free-of-charge training course, born within the framework of the Human Hall – Spoke 6 project by MUSA Scarl.
The course, dedicated to “Intercultural Diversity Management in the Workplace,” represents an opportunity for advanced training for those who wish to deepen the dynamics of “diversity” in professional contexts. Led by the research work of the “Academic Inclusion” group of Human Hall, this program aims to offer concrete tools to foster a more inclusive and diversified work environment.
Targeted at hospitality service operators, human resources specialists, entrepreneurs, personnel recruitment and selection professionals, policymakers, and university students, the course combines theoretical lectures and practical workshops to provide comprehensive and in-depth training.
Registrations are open until April 15th, while the course will be held every Thursday, from May 9th to July 11th, 2024.
