Consulting, technology, and physical spaces to accelerate change - the G-Gravity project awarded under the Next Generation SMEs Call
Supporting companies through transformation processes means creating spaces, tools, and skills that make innovation tangible and accessible. This is the vision behind Future Hub, the project presented by Laura Gatti, one of the winners of the Next Generation PMI Call, awarded on December 4 during the second day of “MUSA – The Pathways of Sustainable Innovation.”
Future Hub is developed by G-Gravity, an innovative SME whose mission is to support innovation within small and medium-sized enterprises. The project is based on a hybrid model that combines physical and digital dimensions, integrating consulting activities with the development of technological solutions designed to accelerate business transformation processes.
As Laura Gatti explained during the interview, the core of the project is the development of an application designed to support both G-Gravity and companies in speeding up change and innovation adoption. Technology thus becomes a practical tool, capable of guiding SMEs through structured pathways of organizational and strategic evolution.
Alongside its digital dimension, Future Hub maintains a strong physical component. The project also operates through a hub in Milan, conceived as a place for meeting, dialogue, and collaboration. A space where direct human interaction remains essential: “looking each other in the eye when innovating still has great value,” Gatti notes, highlighting the importance of personal relationships in growth and change processes.
The recognition received through the Next Generation PMI Call represents a significant milestone for the project’s development, strengthening its visibility and supporting the evolution of the Future Hub model. This achievement forms part of MUSA Scarl’s broader commitment to fostering the creation and growth of high-potential entrepreneurial initiatives.
Future Hub thus stands as an example of how the integration of technology, consulting, and physical spaces can become an enabling factor for SME competitiveness and transformation, in line with the values of sustainability and innovation promoted by MUSA.
