A curricular internship at the heart of social communication to narrate inclusion and celebrate diversity.

Hub dei Talenti is looking for students eager to deepen their knowledge of communication and scientific outreach through a curricular internship experience. As part of the broader Human Hall project, which focuses on the social inclusion of individuals with migratory backgrounds, this internship offers an opportunity to actively contribute to promoting inclusion and intercultural dialogue.

The intern will work closely with a mentor, participating in the creation of creative content for the Hub’s social media platforms. From reels and infographics to informational videos and updates on research activities, the goal is to make the project’s progress and initiatives accessible to a diverse audience. The integrated content plan, developed and scheduled on a semi-annual basis, will serve as a key tool for community management and enhancing public engagement. Beyond content production, participants will also be involved in organizing outreach events, seminars, and workshops. This aspect of the internship provides valuable experience in public relations management and collaboration with creators and external stakeholders—essential elements for spreading the Hub’s message and strengthening its presence.

The internship offers a chance to develop both technical and transferable skills. By working in the field of scientific communication, interns will learn to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and accurate content suitable for a broad and diverse audience. Using tools like Canva and CapCut for multimedia editing, along with gaining basic SEO knowledge, will provide a solid foundation for working in modern, digital communication contexts. The activities will require a part-time commitment of 10 to 20 hours per week, depending on the candidate’s initial skills. Advanced knowledge of the Italian language is required, while proficiency in Arabic or Spanish, along with a good command of English, will be an advantage.

This opportunity is open to students from the faculties of Humanities, Political, Economic and Social Sciences, and Linguistic and Cultural Mediation. To apply, candidates must submit their applications by December 4, 2024, following the instructions provided at this link.
