Bocconi University will host the third meeting of the "Access to Rights" series, promoted by MUSA. On July 2nd, the discussion will focus on labor in vulnerable contexts, drawing on the experiences of legal clinics and dialogue with institutions and sector operators.

On Wednesday, July 2nd, at 4:30 PM, Bocconi University will host the third event in the series “Access to Rights: Paths to Social Inclusion through the Experience of Bocconi University’s Legal Clinics.” This series is promoted as part of the European project “Legal clinics: a new way to promote social inclusion through access to rights,” developed within MUSA’s Spoke 6.

The seminar, titled “The Right to Work in Vulnerable Contexts: A ‘Work in Progress,’” will take place in the Alberto Alesina Seminar Room (Aula 5-E4-SR04) at Via Röntgen 1, Milan. It will be an opportunity to reflect on a fundamental social right that is too often denied or compromised in contexts of greater marginalization.

Building on the direct experiences gained by the legal clinics of Milanese universities, the meeting aims to be a space for dialogue among academics, third-sector operators, institutions, and professionals who work daily alongside individuals in economically and socially vulnerable conditions. The objective is twofold: on one hand, to highlight systemic criticalities in access to work; on the other, to promote effective practices and intervention models developed through collaboration between universities and local communities.

This initiative is part of a broader educational and outreach program, launched on May 19th, which aims to promote social inclusion through the recognition and protection of fundamental rights, with particular attention to contexts of greater fragility.

Participation is free upon registration.
