An integrated approach to support startups through the crucial stages of growth

Supporting startups during the most delicate stages of their development means providing concrete tools and targeted expertise. This is the vision behind The Startup Clinics, the project presented by Ludovico Dejack, one of the winners of the Poster Session, awarded on December 4 during the second day of “MUSA – The Pathways of Sustainable Innovation.”

Developed within the MUSA ecosystem and in collaboration with Bocconi for Innovation, The Startup Clinics offers a structured support model for early-stage startups, with a strong focus on legal and sustainability-related aspects. The project is built around two complementary pathways: the Legal Clinics, already established, and the Sustainability Clinics, created from scratch to address emerging market needs.

As Ludovico Dejack explained during the interview, the core of the initiative is a six-month program that connects startups with law firms, companies, and nonprofit organizations, while also providing hands-on support from students. This approach enables the delivery of concrete, immediately valuable outcomes for founders, particularly at a stage when setting up solid foundations is crucial.

The recognition received during the Poster Session highlights a project that views innovation as a process of collaboration and knowledge transfer, emphasizing the importance of supporting startups from the very early stages of their journey.

Within this context, MUSA Scarl confirms its role as a facilitator of innovative ecosystems, promoting initiatives that connect universities, students, professionals, and startups. The “MUSA – The Pathways of Sustainable Innovation” event provided a key opportunity to showcase high-impact support models capable of generating long-term value for innovation and the territory.
